The PADI Open Water Course Koh Phangan is where your fun begins on the island. If you’ve always wanted to learn how to scuba dive, experience adventure and see what lies beneath the waters surface, this is where it starts. The 3 day PADI Open Water Course Koh Phangan gives you a lifetime certification that will take you on adventures around the world for as long as you can imagine.
With Asia Blue – Scuba’s highly trained staff and comfortable dive boats, becoming a PADI Open Water Diver has never been easier. This PADI Course is your ticket for scuba diving around the world!
During the PADI Open Water Course Koh Phangan, you have the option to choose where you complete the open water dives. Choose to dive from the beach or boat dives at Sail Rock, one of the best dive sites in the area. You can even choose to dive 1 day local and 1 day at Sail Rock. Local dives are normally conducted in the afternoons.

- Knowledge Development (online, independent study or in our classroom).
- 5 Confined Water Dives at our on-site pool to learn basic scuba skills.
- 4 Open Water Training Dives.
- All required learning materials and dive equipment.
- PADI Open Water Diver Certification.
- Breakfast, lunch and refreshments on Sail Rock trips. Lunch and refreshments for local trips.
- Resort Transfers. Taxi fee is payable if located in Thong Nai Pan. No Haad Yuan or Haad Tien transfers.

Prerequisites
To signup for the PADI Open Water Course, or Junior Open Water Course, you must be at least 10 years of age, be in good physical health and have adequate swimming skills.
Please check that you can answer “NO” to the questions on the Medical Statement before making your booking. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary.
