Established in 2005, Chinnarach Muay Thai in Koh Phangan, Thailand is one of the island's longest running Thai boxing gyms. Owned and run by Suchin (Chinnarach) Kanjanasuwan, a two-time Featherweight World Champion, we are a large, modern and well-equipped facility with years of experience in providing excellence in traditional Muay Thai training with group classes and private sessions.

We cater for all levels - from complete beginners to professional fighters. And our location on a tropical island surrounded by beautiful beaches and pristine nature makes us a popular choice for anyone looking to train in paradise.
Our one-hour private Muay Thai sessions are the best way to speed up your progress.

They provide you with 100% focused attention from a trainer who will identify areas in which you need improvement, and then work with you one-to-one to help you improve those specific skills.

We have found that students who take private sessions tend to improve more quickly than those who do not.

- Two classes per day (morning and afternoon), each lasting two hours

 - Structured session with a 15-minute warm-up (skipping, jogging, etc.)

- Followed by 10 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of shadowboxing

- The main portion (approximately 80 minutes) includes rounds of pad-work, bag-work, sparring, and clinching

- Varied formats with 2-3 sessions per week focusing on learning and drilling technique and combinations

- Classes cater to all ages and levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced, and fighters.
