    Please read the contract carefully for the benefit of tenants

    The hirer must leave the passport as a deposit.
    It is not allowed to take the car on the beach. The hirer will be fined 20,000 THB.
    Cars can be used only in Koh Phangan. The hirer will be fined 20,000 THB.
    The rental fee that is already paid is not refundable.
    The hirer has to bring the car back to check its condition every week. (For rental of more than 1 week.)
    The tenant must use and maintain the car as their own property.
    The tenant is responsible for the cost of the damaged tires and Alloy.
    The hirer hereby agrees and commits himself to all terms and conditions of the agreement above.
    If the tenant breaks the contract and escapes the fault.

    The hirer agrees to let the lessor or the owner of the car take legal action immediately.
    If the car is brought back later than the time agreement, the hirer must pay 200 Baht per hour overcharge.
    Insurance

    If the car’s bodywork gets damaged, the most you’ll pay towards covered by the Collision Damage Waiver is the Damage excess. This cover is only valid if you stick to the terms of the rental agreement. It doesn't cover other parts of the car (e.g., engine, windows, wheels, interior, or undercarriage), or charges (e.g for towing or off-road time), or anything in the car (e.g. child sates, GPS devices, or personal belongings). And the car is lost.


    (DAMAGE EXCESS) The rental is only liable for the first 5,000 THB of repair cost incurred / Small car 25,000 THB. / Pickup 30,000 THB. / Pickup 4x4 30,000 THB. / Car 7 seat PPV/SUV 35,000 THB.
    If you cause a minor damage Take a photo of the damage and send WhatsApp it to us.
    It is important for us, that you have a personal interest to avoid any damage to our cars.
    We are not responsible for drunk driving. The rental will be responsible for damages.
    The renter must notify the return time of the car 1 day in advance and return the car 1 hour before the departure time. to check the condition of the car If there is damage, damages must be agreed upon and may be delayed and not in time for boat departure time, which will not be the fault of the lessor
